*The Purpose and Roles of the Hiroshima Study Abroad Ambassador (HSAA)*
【Purpose】
To promote the attractiveness of Hiroshima Prefecture and study opportunities in the region both domestically and internationally, thereby increasing the number of international students in Hiroshima Prefecture.
【Roles】
(1) Share information about Hiroshima’s study environment and the attractions of your university through platforms like social media to reach audiences domestically and abroad.
(2) Contribute to the discovery and promotion of Hiroshima’s attractiveness through community involvement by actively participating in events hosted by local organizations from Hiroshima.
(3) Serve as leaders for international students, to strengthen interactions and mutual understanding with local residents through engagement in various activities and enhance the current and future study environment in Hiroshima.

*Number of recruits*
The number of Ambassadors to be appointed is not fixed, but candidates must meet the following criteria to be selected in July (maximum: 25 individuals):
(1) Participate in at least one of the following pre-training sessions: ① a pre-appointment briefing and social media training, or ② a community exchange event with local residents in Higashihiroshima.
(2) Post at least once on your personal social media account based on the topic designated by the HiCIS.
Note: If the number of individuals meeting these criteria exceeds the 25-person limit, a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted based on the reason for applying, participation frequency in pre-training, and the content of social media posts, to select 25 ambassadors.

・Participants in the Japanese Cultural Experience (Tea Ceremony) can attend on either October 18 or February 28.
